The Institute for Comprehensive Behavorial Smoking Cessation is a Non-Profit Corporation. It must recover production and reproduction costs through sales of smoking cessation material. It cannot refund the purchase price of any materials you bought. Use the materials and make them work for you. Some people find they need more than one attempt to become a nonsmoker. If you need additional attempts, do it. It's worth it.
